There are apparently health benefits to consuming 5 cups or more of coffee each day.

Coffee has been found beneficial in the fight against Alzheimer's disease. A controlled 20- year review of over 1400 middle- aged Finlanders found a correlation between human brain capabilities and the amount of cups of coffee they drink daily. One study was based on middle age individuals who consume somewhere between three and five cups of coffee each day. The study depended on the continuous interviewing of over 1400 individuals in Finland for two decades. The test subjects were initially asked about their coffee drinking practices and memory tests proved them competent both before and after the 20 year duration of the study.  Other Scientific studies enduring over a period exceeding twenty years show that coffee doesn't raise the risk of high blood pressure. Nevertheless, pregnant ladies should moderate their coffee intake.

Coffee could become much more popular once the public becomes familiar with studies which are exhibiting that coffee helps reduce risks of cancer and diabetes. Research has revealed that coffee drinkers have less than half the likelihood of contracting cancer, compared to individuals who consume minimal coffee.  Coffee may contain substances that lower blood sugar. A coffee habit may also improve your resting metabolic rate, which could help keep diabetic issues at a minimum.

Coffee includes caffeine, along with anti-oxidants. Numerous studies have demonstrated a link between coffee ingestion and several different health benefits- which include lower dangers of Parkinson's diseases, type 2 diabetes, cirrhosis, and gall stones.
